HANDLING
Processing time can vary due to stock availability and popularity. Most orders will be shipped out within 24 hours. Others may take 2-5 days. You may cancel your order any time before the item has been shipped.
SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, with the exception of holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays, and after 2pm PST will be processed the following business day.

All shipping is free.

Shipping time is estimated from date of shipping rather than date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

VGS is not responsible for lost/ stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Custom fees and taxes associated with your purchase is the responsibility of the customer.

 

PAYMENT

VGS Accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

 

CURRENCY CONVERSION

Prices are listed in US dollars, and will be charged in US dollars. The bank that issued the card you used for your purchase determines the exchange rate that you will pay. You can check currency exchange rates on www.xe.com Foreign Exchange Rate Calculator.

 

RETURNS

Glam Shop return policy.



Returned items must meet these requirements:

  • Returned within 10 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
  • In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.

Non-returnable items include (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Vintage Glam Shop and for re-shipping for exchanges.

Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Vintage Shop return policy.

Vintage items are usually always pre-owned and will show signs of wear. VGS checks each item over and will provide accurate descriptions. The descriptions will include measurements and notes of any damage to the garment. Therefore, all vintage items are non-returnable unless they were grossly misrepresented. At that time we will offer store credit for the full purchase price. All returned items must be postmarked within 3 days of the delivery date and shipped via track able mail.
